Outside, the villa opens onto a large landscaped area with terraces, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. A barbecue area, sun loungers, and a spacious private pool make this a wonderful retreat for relaxation.

Set on a 19,000 m²plot, the villa is distributed over two floor sand includes:
A bright living room and a separate dining room
A fully equipped, spacious kitchen
Four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and hydromassage tubs

A guest toilet, laundry room, and double garage
