Can Singa - Charming country house with pool in Alcúdia, Mallorca

Beautiful country house with swimming pool in rural area, very close to the town and the beautiful beaches of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro.



The Finca, about 7000 m2, is in a very quiet rural area. The garden and the outdoor area have abundant vegetation and trees, giving it a pleasant and shady environment, ideal for children to enjoy playing in full contact with nature.

The swimming pool is just in front of the house, it´s spacious and very comfortable, surrounded by a terrace with its sun loungers and the porch.



Inside, the house is comfortable and functional. Downstairs, there is the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need, a small living room . and one bedroom with air condition and a bathroom. Upstairs, there's the master bedroom with air conditioning and a king size bed. Next to it a living room with comfortable sofas. Both rooms have beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside.

There is a small annex attached to the house with a separate entrance through a door located on the same porch in front of the pool. There you will find a small bathroom with a shower.



As points to highlight, the rural and quiet area where it is located, but in turn, the proximity to the town (about 5 - 7 minutes by car). A rental car is necessary and recommended.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus! 🏡

Das Haus liegt ideal angebunden in einer absolut ruhigen Lage - ein eigenes Auto ist empfehlenswert. Auf zwei Etagen finden sich super ausgerüstete Zimmer inkl. Klimaanlagen. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und der Ausblick auf die Berge einfach wunderbar! Der tolle Pool und die Aussensitzgelegenheiten laden zum Verweilen ein. Wir danken sehr für die sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung und kommen gerne mal wieder 😊

Schön, aber…

Das Haus ist sehr schön, aber aus meiner Sicht in keinem guten Zustand. Vor allem das Bad gehört dringend renoviert. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zu vorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Wir haben dort eine tolle Woche verbracht und sagen herzlichen Dank an die netten Eigentümer.

Wir haben im Mai 2023 eine schöne Woche in der finca verbracht. Die finca war eigentlich für sechs Personen geschrieben, aber ein Zimmer was sich außerhalb und im Keller befand, war eigentlich unbewohnbar. Da wir für zu viert dort waren, war das für uns kein Problem aber mit sechs stelle ich es mir sehr schwierig vor .Ansonsten waren die Zimmer schön und ordentlich alles was benötigt wurde, war auch vorhanden. Das allerbeste war natürlich der Pool, der besonders schön war.
