Lovely overall stay with a few things that could be improved

Lovely stay for the week. Pros: -Location is beautiful. Alcanada area has nice quiet beaches you can snorkel in, nice restaurants and a short drive from Alcudia. Car makes for better practicality but hourly buses run into Alcudia also. -Great size house and well maintained pool. Kitchen had all the utensils you would need and dishwasher. -Aircon in all bedrooms. -Great commutation from the host via WhatsApp. Cons: The biggest nuisance that really impacted our stay was lack of aircon in shared sitting and eating area upstairs. This made it practically unusable as this level was the hottest in the entire house.Eating indoors was unpleasant on an evening due to lack of aircon, and eating out on the balcony not possible due to lack of working light on the balcony and the mosquitos. We had to each go into our own bedrooms to relax and had no place to enjoy time together. -It took a couple days to work out how to turn on warm water. This should really be turned on for guests without them having to work out the boiler. After turning on the hot water we seemed to also accidentally turn on heating! We struggled to disconnect the 2. I’m sure there is a way, but again this should not be up to us to work out! -Toilet flushes: 2 of the 3 toilets did not flush well and needed extra water pouring in to clear even toilet roll. -It would be nice to have basic items like hand wash available instead of each guest having to buy these things for each bathroom.
