Ca Na Vinga, Holiday house with sea view to the bay of Alcudia:
'Ca Na Vinga', is a splendid holiday home with sea views in a privileged location on the top of a hill, situated only a few minutes away from Alcudia in a very quiet area with spectacular views to the sea and the whole bay of Alcudia.

The finca is completely fenced, the house is distributed over three floors as follows:Main entrance, accessing a spacious dining room decorated with high quality custom made furniture, with large windows overlooking the terrace and making it very bright, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, two double bedrooms with double bed and sharing a bathroom with bathtub.

Upstairs a sunny master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and double bed of 1,80x2cm, which has its own terrace with panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia.

On the lower floor, spacious living room with leather relax sofa and 52'' plasma TV, with an additional dining and lounge area, a double bedroom with 1,80x2cm bed, which has en suite bathroom with shower, and from the lower floor there is access to the swimming pool, solarium terrace with 8 sunbeds under the shade of the awning and its beautiful and well-kept gardens.



Outside, the saline chlorination swimming pool is surrounded by lawns, and the outdoor areas are furnished with garden furniture and sunbeds, and at the back of the kitchen there is a covered barbecue/outdoor kitchen. There is also a ping pong table.

The whole house is equipped with air-conditioning, SAT-TV and Wifi Internet.

The house is only a few minutes away from the golf course of Aucanada, and very close to the beaches of Aucanada and Puerto Alcudia, as well as a few minutes away from the historic walled town of Alcudia.

It is also only a few minutes drive to the leisure area of the Port, with its promenade, restaurants, shops, etc.

In this villa you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday!

Sehr schöne Finca - alles top

wir waren 8 Erwachsene im Alter von 47-60 Jahren. Die Finca war wie beschrieben und bebildert. Alles top. Wir haben gleich am Anfang nach größeren Kaffeetassen gefragt, diese wurden umgehend gebracht. Hilfreich wäre es, wenn man den Kaffeemaschinen-Typ vorab wüsste. Es war nämlich nicht angegeben, dass es eine Taps-Kaffeemaschine gibt und wir hatten unsere eigene mitgebracht. Die Beschattung könnte überdacht werden. Am Pool und oben auf dem Außen-Couch-Bereich ist es während der Mittags-/Nachmittagssonne leider nicht auszuhalten. Hier könnte nachgebessert werden. Ein Kohle-Grill ist vorhanden, schön wäre ein Gas-Grill. Aber das sind alles Luxus-Problemchen ;) Wir würden wieder kommen!
