Ca Na Vinga is a charming holiday home with sea views, situated in a truly privileged location on top of a hill, in a very quiet area just a couple of minutes from Alcúdia. From the property, you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views over the entire Bay of Alcúdia.
The estate is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security. The house is distributed over three floors:
At the main floor, entrance leads into a spacious and bright dining area, elegantly decorated with high-quality custom-made furniture and large windows that connect to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. On this floor there are also two double bedrooms with double beds that share a full bathroom with a bathtub.
At the upper floor is a sunny master bedroom, equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. From its private terrace, you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcúdia.
Lower floor, this level offers a large and comfortable living room with a leather recliner sofa and a 62” television, as well as an additional lounge–dining area. There is also a double bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. From here, there is direct access to the outdoor area.
At the outdoor area, there is a saltwater swimming pool surrounded by lawn and sun terraces, with 8 sun loungers protected under an awning, ideal for relaxing. The gardens are carefully maintained, and the outdoor areas are fully furnished. At the rear of the kitchen, there is a covered barbecue and outdoor kitchen, perfect for al fresco dining. The property also has a ping-pong table. Ample outdoor parking for several cars.
