This was our first experience using Airbnb and therefore had no idea what to expect. To say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The property is situated right on the edge of the beach as the photos show and ideal for those who dont want a long walk to the sea. Having a 4 year old this was ideal. The beach was clean and the sea crystal clear.
There is a large supermarket round the corner and a delicatessen next to it. There is a restaurant (Hawaii) 2 roads away that does nice food and your only a short taxi ride to playa de muro or Alcudia town.
To be aware, in the basement of the apartment block there are bbqs, prams, inflatables for the beach. Almost anything you may need left behind by other guests. We left behind a new inflatable boat, buckets and spades. We made use of the beach umbrellas and mats that are in the basement every day on the beach which was a God send. Saved spending money on beach beds. The air con works well in the two rooms that have it. One thing that would have been nice is a desk fan in the master bedroom as this doesn't have air conditioning and we stayed during a heat wave. It would also have been nice for a couple of English tv channels as they are almost all in german or spanish. I did find if you switch from using the satellite box and used the tv aerial you could pick up the disney channel in English. It was just handy for our 4 year old. We would definitely return.
As mentioned above, a desk fan would be useful to use in the rooms that dont have air conditioning.
