The modern beach house Barbara has been completely renovated this year and is located about 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Alcúdia. Very modern furnished, this beach house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A large terrace around the house invites you to relax!(License number ET / 4537)

(License number ET / 3738) The modern beach house Barbara is a completely renovated house in Puerto Alcúdia, not 50 meters from the beach. It is modernly furnished, with living-dining room, open plan, fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need. The living area is simply but elegantly furnished. On the ground floor you will find two of the three pretty double rooms, as well as two bathrooms. On the first floor is the third double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The house has a total of three bathrooms, two en suite. All three with shower. Outside you can expect a large terrace around the house. A large dining table for 6 persons, as well as a mobile grill. There is enough space for up to three cars in the outdoor area, and you have two entrances. The main entrance, where you can drive in by car, and a small second entrance that leads you directly to the beach.  
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Haben das Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern belegt. Für uns war es perfekt. Es ist sehr ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Einrichtung komplett neu. Lediglich das obere Bad ist etwas klein bei insgesamt 3 Bädern aber kein Problem. Lage ist super: sehr ruhig (weit genug weg von den Hotels mit Abendanimation) aber dennoch zentral da sehr nah am Strand, Restaurant um die Ecke ist sehr empfehlenswert (super Paella und Tapas) sowie Eroski Markt in 500m Entfernung. Direkt daneben sogar ein Biomarkt. Zum Hafen läuft man den Strand entlang (Befestigter Weg) etwa 30-40 Minuten.
