excellent place to stay

Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well kitted out holiday home. Generous provision of basic groceries. Plain but lovely garden. Old fashioned but rather beautiful furnishings. Peaceful village, well positioned for trips to coast or further inland. We'd recommend with complete confidence.

Como siempre, todo resultó excelente.

Ya he disfrutado en más ocasiones la vivienda y, una vez más, todo resultó perfecto: la atención excepcional de los propietarios; la casa y el jardín; la limpieza; el equipamiento; la ubicación cerca de Batalha, Leiria, Tomar, Óbidos, Nazaré, Foz de Arelho, São Martinho do Porto... y al tiempo puedes disfrutar de la vida tranquila de Cadarroeira. De los diversos alojamientos en qué he estado, tanto en España, como en Portugal y Francia, es con mucho mi favorito. Absolutamente recomendable.

La casa muy bien cuidada,muy limpia,con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia,ademas de muchos detalles que los dueños Elio y Irene dejaron para hacernos la vida mas facil.Y que decir de la parte exterior de la casa que fue alli donde pasamos casi toda nuestra estancia,un porche cubierto con la barbacoa y un jardin inmenso lleno de arboles frutales.Como dije antes los dueños fueron encantadores,dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento!Obrigado señor Elio y señora Irene!

Un lugar excelente y una atención excepcional. Absolutamente recomendable.

Ya me había alojado allí hace seis años y hemos vuelto a repetir (seguro que no será la última vez). La casa es magnífica, muy cómoda y perfectamente equipada con abundante ropa de cama, toallas, manteles, utensilios de cocina, vasos, copas, fuentes, sartenes, cacerolas, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos, wifi... El magnífico jardín es grande y muy bien cuidado. El emplazamiento es excepcional, cerca de São Martinho de Porto pero sin las incomodidades de las aglomeraciones de este turístico destino. Pero, con todo, lo mejor es la exquisita atención de Élio y su esposa, realmente encantadores.

Casa de campo muy bien cuidada y limpia, con gran jardín y estupenda localización

Hemos pasado unos maravillosos 15 días en esta casita de campo. La ubicación es estupenda, con muchas posibilidades para visitar playas y realizar visitas culturales a tiro de piedra (1 hora en coche). El espacio exterior una pasada: un jardín muy grande pensado para el disfrute de pequeños y mayores, super cuidado; y una zona cubierta para comer con barbacoa incluída. La casa está totalmente equipada, muy bien cuidada, y extremadamente limpia. Además, recibimos un trato excepcional por parte de los dueños, incluyendo una visita guiada el primer día que nos ayudó mucho a ubicarnos y nos evitó perder un día explorando los alrededores. Gracias Élio por vuestra hospitalidad.

description très honnête du logement faite par le propriétaire. ce gite est très propre , équipement suffisant pour des vacances au calme . très grand jardin bien clos avec vue exceptionnelle pas tres loin de la cote pour des super balades au bord de l'eau. vous pouvez en toute confiance réserver en direct avec le propriétaire (et ainsi éviter les 12 % de frais d' assurances prélevés par abritel ).

Une très bonne adresse !

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par M et Mme Médeiros dans une jolie maison bien située, proche par exemple de la plage de Sao Martinho ou du monastère d'Alcobaça ou de la boutique de céramiques de Bordallo Pinheiro à Caldas da Reinha... Décorée avec goût, très propre, la maison est confortable. Le salon qui donne sur le jardin est lumineux. La cuisine ne manque de rien. La cour intérieure dispose d'un grand abri avec son salon de jardin (barbecue, évier, plan de travail) qui permet de manger en famille et on peut se promener dans un grand jardin très agréable. Non vraiment, rien à redire sur cet endroit ou les propriétaires ont à cœur de faire le maximum ! Septembre 2017 Anne, Claude et Jacques

Le lieu idéal

Que dire de plus qui n'a pas déjà été dit dans tous les commentaires précédents ? Nous cherchions une location sur la côte au centre du Portugal permettant de faire des visites culturelles et touristiques tout en étant près de la plage, et notamment celle de Sao Martinho do Porto pour que nos enfants puissent en profiter en toute sécurité. Nous avons donc choisi cette location qui n'avait que des commentaires élogieux. Et nous n'avons aucun regret. Commençons par l'accueil des propriétaires. Ils sont à l'image des portugais que nous avons croisés lors de notre séjour. Extrêmement chaleureux et gentils. Élio parle très bien le français et nous a proposé un tour en voiture pour nous conseiller sur toutes les commodités à Alfeizerão et Sao Martinho. Continuons par la maison. Très fonctionnelle où rien ne manque. D'une propreté irréprochable. Avec les lits faits à notre arrivée, ce qui n'est peut-être qu'un détail mais qui est toujours très appréciable quand on vient de faire 12 heures de route. Cela montre le soin qu'Irène et Élio apporte pour le bien-être de leurs locataires. La maison est très spacieuse et dispose d'une jolie cour intérieure avec une terrasse couverte ainsi qu'un joli jardin parfaitement entretenu. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous conseillons cette location pour ceux qui cherchent le calme tout en étant proche d'une plage sécurisée et de lieux incontournables comme les monastères d'Alcobaça et de Batalha, le lieu de pèlerinage de Fatima, Nazaré, Obidos et bien d'autres endroits moins connus mais tout aussi beaux.

Casa personalizada com tudo. Simples mas confortável. Situação previligiada no centro do país. Longe de barulhos, de confusão uma verdadeira casa de campo mas a minutos da cultura de um país, da sua história e das suas gentes inexcedíveis de disponibilidade, simplicidade e principalmente uma vontade imensa de ajudar até nas mais pequenas coisas.
