Exceptional large 8 bedroom villa with private swimming pool that can accommodate up to 22 guests in all comfort. The pool can be heated and there is an outdoor hot tub for relaxing spa moments. Benefiting of a central position in Sao Martinho do Porto this property has been equipped and furnished to a very high standard making it the dream holiday home for large families or groups of friends.

There are 8 generous bedrooms. Four of them have king-sized beds (2 of these also have a sofa-bed for 2) and the other four come with twin beds. There is an additional day bed in one of the twin bedrooms for 2 people.

The Villa benefits from 2 kitchens, one is located on the main floor and the other is on the first floor. Both are fully equipped with all you might need for self catering during your holiday. There are also 2 spacious, wonderfully arranged lounges for pleasant relaxing and entertaining moments inside. There you have Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and DVD players and even selections of DVDs to watch. There are 2 family bathrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, all very well equipped and presented.

Other great features of the villa include 2 balconies and amazing outdoor spaces , such as a covered kitchen / bar / dining area with barbecue, table tennis, pool table and a football table for fun and unique moments.

This property is a rare find due to its size, the number of guests it accommodates and all it has to offer and also benefits of the fact that it is only 800 metres away from the beach, bars and lovely restaurants of São Martinho do Porto.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.

Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.
