Villa DellUlivo is a magnificent two-story residence promising an unforgettable stay amidst the beauty of Sicily. The ground floor features an elegant open space combining the living room and kitchen into a bright environment equipped with every comfort: a well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy living area with sofa and TV. An air-conditioned double bedroom, tastefully furnished and accompanied by a full bathroom, provides an ideal setting for serene and comfortable rest.
Ascending to the first floor, two air-conditioned double bedrooms unfold, each with its own TV and en-suite bathroom, designed to ensure a restful sleep with comfort and privacy in mind.
Outside, a comfortable 50sqm covered veranda opens towards the private pool, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, valleys, and mountains. This tranquil corner, perfect for moments of pure relaxation and convivial outdoor meals, is enhanced by a well-equipped BBQ area, ready to host your grilling sessions under the Sicilian sky.
The pool area, secured with two child-safety gates, is complemented by comfortable sun loungers and a lounge area, plus an outdoor solar shower with hot water, providing a refreshing oasis of fun. An additional outdoor bathroom further adds convenience and functionality to the outdoor space.
At the entrance of the villa, a majestic ancient olive tree and a delicate monument dedicated to Saint Joseph add a touch of peace and spirituality to the landscape, welcoming you with a unique atmosphere.

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property and all its features, ensuring a comfortable and private holiday experience.
Upon your arrival, you will find everything you need for a short holiday. For a comfortable stay with small children (upon request), we can also provide you with a baby cot and a highchair suitable for babies from 0 to 3 years old.
You will also be provided with a detailed guide with useful information on the villa and the surrounding area at your disposal, and my wife and I will always be available to assist with any needs or questions you may have. We can also offer additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard tours, horseback riding in the countryside, bus tours with a professional guide, or a private chef service at the villa to make your holiday unforgettable.
Since the onset of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have implemented significant changes to our service, including enhancing the tools available to our cleaning team. We also collaborate with one of the best companies in the region for the supply and cleaning of bed, bath, and beach linens that use only EU ECOLABEL products, which are recognized and certified at the European level. All of these measures are in place to ensure a safe environment for you and your loved ones.
To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.
Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).
Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.
Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.
Tourist tax: It will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days for guests aged 14 and older.
