You access the villa from an open space with a modern kitchen corner and a living room furnished with a dining table, a sofa and a smart TV. The room is very bright thanks to the big sea view window that overlooks the terrace equipped with a table and chairs and the garden.
The sleeping area is made up of 1 single bedroom and 2 double bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms has a bathtub that enriches the room and a en-suite bathroom with a shower. On request, it is possible to add a single bed in the double bedroom for the 6th person. At guests disposal there is a further bathroom with a shower.

The villa is fenced and surrounded by a beautiful garden where it is located the solarium with the 11x4 mt swimming pool.
