Tutte quante le stanze sono provviste di finestra.La zona e' fornita di negozi di genere alimentare ,di ristoranti,pizzerie,panificio.La struttura dista dal mare 200 metri percorribili a piedi.Si trova a meta' strada tra Trapani e Palermo,gode di una posizione strategica per visitare un lembo di terra dalla bellezza inebriante.Le autostrade vicinissime permettono di arrivare in mezz'ora nei luoghi piu' belli come San Vito,Macari,Cornino,saline di Trapani e di Marsala,Erice,Mazara del Vallo,Selinunte,Palermo,Favignana,mentre in soli 10 minuti si puo'arrivare a Scopello,alla riserva dello Zingaro,al tempio e al teatro greco di Segesta...a 5 minuti di macchina ci si puo' immergere nelle acque termali libere segestane.
