Acquamarina House on the beach
The villa "Acquamarina house on the beach" embodies the charm of Sicily with a position of only 15 meters from the golden sandy beach.
Made with care, love for detail and artistic sense, and the use of materials and colors in harmony and symbiosis with the surrounding environment.
The villa was completely renovated in 2018, the furniture and utensils are totally new. Parking is free inside the villa.
It has private access to the sea and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The price includes the possibility of using a professional kayak for excursions (see photo).
The whole area is very interesting from a naturalistic, cultural, historical and gastronomic point of view. Various nature trails can be followed, including the "Zingaro Nature Reserve", the "Monte Cofano Reserve", the nearby Segesta with the temple and the Greek Theater, where music, dance and theater performances are held throughout the summer.
The house consists of a large living room with a bed-sofa with orthopedic slats and mattresses, a double bedroom where you can insert a camping cot, a bathroom with shower. Outside a masonry shower and a large garden with a veranda overlooking the sea where you can relax.
The villa is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning, appliances, oven, kitchen, hairdryer, washing machine, home alarm, safe, linen and towels, beach towels etc.
The holiday home 15 meters from the sea is suitable for relaxing holidays and for families.

Sauber und praktisch eingerichtet
Leider war der dazugehörige Strand ziemlich verschmutzt, obwohl viele Mülltonnen direkt am Strand aufgestellt sind, die nicht benutzt werden. Haben allein reicht nicht...
