'Coll de Rates' Beautiful 1-Bed Apartment
Decorated in white with new floors and kitchen, this is a nice, bright and spacious studio apartment.
There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a very comfortable double sofa bed and 2 single beds in the living space.
The bathroom is reached through the bedroom in this apartment.
You have access to the above ground pool, which is shared between the two apartments for your use whilst staying with us.
The gardens are large, around 1500m2, and there are fruit trees and seating areas dotted around.
We have secure off-road parking for 6 cars.
The apartment has access to an above ground pool, which is shared between two apartments.
There is also a gas barbeque.
Climbing, cycling, walking and yoga sessions can be arranged on request.
Guests can access all areas of the gardens. As the gardens are large, we have to carry out maintenance on a daily basis. We aim to keep any disruption to a minimum so that guests can enjoy the space without any disturbance.
We are available as much or as little as guests require.
Alcalalí village itself has a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants that cater for all tastes. The village is 2 km Jalon and 5km from Orba.
The area is very popular for cycling, and we have links with companies that you can hire bikes or join in on cycling tours.
Rock climbing is also very popular as well and we can advise on some good climbs.
The region is very well known for Almond blossoms, orange groves and winemaking.
There are several walks ranging for very easy to some that would require a lot of experience to complete.
Beaches are approximately 20-25 minutes' drive.
