~Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Rio Rancho retreat. This charming house offers a tremendous stay for guests, with its adorable decor and cozy atmosphere.

~The bedrooms feature 1 full bed & 2 queen beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

~You'll find all the necessary amenities like heating, a washing machine, WiFi, a hair dryer, and AC.

~Jack and Jill bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and both restrooms have a bathtub for your convenience. The house is on septic. PLEASE only flush toilet paper down the toilet.

~Additionally, there's an extra living room with 1 sofa beds, providing even more space for relaxation.

~There is a grill for your outdoor enjoyment along with a table and 4 chairs.

~The garage & 4th bedroom will be locked. Those areas are for the owners to enter.

~A code will be provided the day you check in. You can use that code to enter through the front door of the house.

~You can park on the side of the house (cement westside of the house).

Comfortable and quiet

The house was just what we needed. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get in and out each day. Bedrooms had soft sheets and plush blankets. Lots of toiletries and kitchen items to choose from. Host answered questions quickly and concisely. Would stay again.
