Kitchen features abundant Cabinet and Counter Space and Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Gas Stove and Oven and Built In Microwave. Separate Dining Area, Laundry Room. Bathroom off Master Bedroom. The Laundry Room is very spacious with lots of Storage Space plus a modern Washer & Dryer. The Oso Park Community is seconds away from Oso Grande Park, one of the nicest tree-lined public parks in the city w/ immaculate mountain views. Also across the street is CNM's Montoya Campus. Bikeability is unmatched, w/ bike trails right outside the community walls. Walmart, Banks, Spouts, Dollar Three, various restaurants and Starbucks is only few minutes away even walking distance. City Park within a few blocks and CNM campus across the street. HOA Fees PAID by OWNER. 1 small dog up to 25 lbs. allowed.
