Great open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, a PC computer station (with computer and printer), and open dining room. Perfect for in-laws, executive assistants, or home office. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and a beautiful spa bath with a separate shower and soaking tub. 2 patio areas downstairs and a laundry room. The upstairs has 2 more large bedrooms (1 bunk room sleeps 4 and a queen bed in the other room), a spacious loft and a wonderful balcony with great views. Spacious 3-car finished garage for your toys, storage, and vehicles. Graveled area in the backyard is perfect for a play area or private courtyard. Former model home with upgrades including high beamed ceilings, new appliances, granite countertops, and new carpet in bedrooms.
