Walk 2 blks to Historic Old Town Abq, a park for the doggo and kids, 3 Museums, and Sawmill Market which has 10 restaurants on one building! Super comfy queen bed, a queen size Memory Foam pull out couch in the living room, and a twin roll away. Behaved dogs welcome! click box for pets 😁! Quick access to I40&i25, space for uhaul!
The space
A truly unique New Mexico Adobe construction with exterior stucco and interior plastered walls and with beautiful refinished harwood floors. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook anything you'd like. Large bedroom with dresser, closet and TV. Full bath with refinished bathtub, the home is clean, comfortable, and convenient to all things near old town.
Both TVs have Netflix and YouTubeTV with local channels. Private backyard to enjoy a meal or coctail and read a book in peace and quiet. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome! message if you have more 🐕

Guests have access to the central flagstone courtyard with comfy patio furniture and a private small back yard. Dedicated parking directly in front of the apartment.

Being close to Old Town Albuquerque we are located in an established, safe and older neighborhood on a very quiet street.

Most of the neighbors have lived here for years. Lots of folks riding bikes, walking dogs and enjoying Tiguex park, old town, and the three museums, shopping and restaurants, all just a short 10 minute walk away!
The apartment features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom.
