This house is super cozy the pictures do it no justice. Very clean , easy to get to . Easy and fast responses. This was such an easy process . I would definitely try to book this house again .

Great time in the mountains

A great time was had by all. The property was clean with a well stocked kitchen. The appliances all worked properly. The area was very quiet and the lake was very nice. Plenty of room for everyone, but we were still together. The check in and out process was easy and pleasant. Thank you!

Nice large home

Watch the deer from the deck or movies on the large screen tv. Large rooms and clean. Kitchen utensils, plates, etc. Could use replacement.

Avantstay is amazing! There was an issue with our original rental an hour before check in. Avantstay found us an amazing new house near our original rental. It was bigger, had an amazing kitchen and a pool table. We will definitely use Avantstay again!

Armbänder erst nach vier Tagen erhalten. Werden für See-Zugang benötigt. Immer wieder vertröstet worden. Schwimmen im See nur an überwachtem Strand in Stehtiefe möglich. Alles Überwacht und streng reglementiert. Haus ist älter aber für Familienurlaub ok. Pfannen sind sehr schlecht. Toll, dass Rehe und Füchse ans Haus kommen.

Our family fit so perfectly in this home which offered everything we needed!! Plenty of space to sleep, chill, enjoy the outdoors and feed the deer!! The kids were entertained with the ping pong table and the game console!! Just a perfect house for our vacation!!!

Great place to stay in the Poconos!

Everything about our stay was perfect! Communication and check-in was easy….the house is spacious with lots of sleeping room, great neighborhood for walking and riding bikes, very short drive to the community pool and lake beach. Highly recommend!

This house I rented for a ski weekend in the Poconos with my family was clean and spacious for guests. The house is as advertised and enjoyable for a good size family. The host goes out of their way to make this house welcoming for guests.

Fun Labor Day Getaway

This was a comfortable place to stay for a family of eight. We enjoyed the proximity to Jim Thorpe and Lake Harmony. The house had many of the amenities that we needed to cook and relax. The beds were very comfortable, nice water pressure and ample hot water. The community is cute and the kids enjoyed the game room. I wish that we had been able to use the kayaks and bikes that were photographed in the listing. That was a bummer.

Guys trip

Fantastic experience renting this property, wonderful home feel with the hosts going above and beyond. After long days being tourists in the Poconos it was great to have such an amazing property to come back to, relax, sit by the gas fire, and observe nature and the wild life.

Highly recommended!

This was one of the few best places I've ever stayed in the Poconos. You literally can see deer's walking around all over the year from your bed. The house was clean and well-organized, highly family-friendly. The house is well stocked with cleaning products, and kitchenware. The host shared the necessary information comprehensively and well in advance, communicated in a prompt manner, and offered to make up to the original offer in case minor mistakes may have been made. I visited with four families that included 4 kids (5-14 yo). All of us left feeling well recharged and wanting to come back to the same place. Highly recommended!
