Beautiful home located in the private Indian Mountain Lake Community. Spacious modern cabin nestled on a cozy acre of semi wooded land. There are 5 lakes, multiple swimming pools, basketball and tennis courts all located within the community. Love the winter sports? Great cause we are located near the best ski resorts in the Poconos, 9 minute drive to Big Boulder, 27 minutes to Jack Frost. Is summer your thing? Then we’ve got you covered there too, with rivers for kayaking and tubing. There is plenty of space both inside and outside of our home. There’s a game room complete with a full size arcade game, pool table, foosball, tv and dart board. House will comfortably sleep 8 people. Full size wrap around deck with a covered section so you can still enjoy sitting under it to watch the rain. Key-less entry.

Charming wooden lodge located directly above the center of the earth surrounded by all of the Poconos. Stunning woodwork throughout the entire house. Design leads you to feel as if the house was carved from a giant oak tree! As you open the main door you are greeted with the scent and warmth one gets only from the sun being reflected off the wood beams streaming in through open sky lights. Cool nights call for an open fire right inside the stone fireplace. Plush couch in the main room along with a large 55" tv. Open floor plan that leads into the cozy full sized kitchen. Gas cooking. This leads into a full size dining room with a large table and plenty of room for a feast. Quaint master bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed next to a full bathroom that even has a jacuzzi style tub and stand up shower. Downstairs you’ll find Comfy couch, tv and full size refrigerator along with a full size arcade game, foosball table, pool table and dart board for a little indoor fun. Upstairs is a roomy loft/ reading area, another full size bathroom, one bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Two covered wooden decks. Outdoor covered seating area, a gas grill all spilling out into the backyard. Relax in the hammock, let the little ones play on the jungle gym or have fun bouncing away on the trampoline. Each room has its own internet connected smart tv for when you need a little break.
Our home is located in a private gated community for the ultimate do not disturb getaway. Spacious modern cabin nestled in the quiet community of Indian Mountain Lake. Plenty of room both inside and outside to stretch out. The community boasts 5 lakes for scenic walks, fishing and swimming, multiple swimming pools (including a kiddie pool), tennis courts, basketball courts and walking trail exclusively for the guests of the community. Beach located on the main lake.
We are within a half hour of every reason you need to relax and vacation in the Poconos. On the water, in the mountains, down the town. Skiing, white water rafting, hiking, paintball, historic Jim Thorpe, tubing.
--Please note the renter/ guest must submit to the property owner a signed rental agreement, information that our HOA requires and a copy of a government issued ID BEFORE receiving access to the property and it must be done every time a guest makes reservation. Access will not be given without these matters handled.

-A note our cancellation policy- If we submit the administrative fee (55$) to the HOA before you cancel we will still charge it to you no matter when you cancel as once it is submitted by us it is not refundable to us.
