It is the natural continuation of the Malvarrosa beach, so it shares all its services in terms of leisure and dining.
This area maintains its charm both during the summer season and in winter, as it is a quiet locality, with numerous children's parks and gardens.
Just a few metres from the apartment is the pedestrian seafront promenade with all kinds of services and leisure facilities: trendy restaurants alongside famous rice restaurants, beach bars for a drink, wooden walkways on the sand, beach umbrella and sunbed service, as well as public showers, beach volleyball facilities, etc. In the neighbouring Malvarrosa district, you will find supermarkets and cash machines, as well as the well-known museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez.
Horchata is the typical drink of Valencia and its cultivation, characteristic of the municipalities north of the city, has its epicentre in the town of Alboraya, a municipality to which the Patacona beach belongs. For this reason, in this area it is common to find horchata shops where you can taste it.
Moreover, due to its location north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north: Port Saplaya, whose unique urban planning has earned it the nickname of little Venice; El Puig, with its 13th-century monastery; or Sagunto, a historic city presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.

Really perfect, clean, very well equipped property. Photos don’t really do it justice, it’s spacious light and bright with a lovely large outside area. Would definitely visit again. Communication regards arrival instructions was a little bit slow otherwise this is a perfect property.

Schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung war schön, genau wie in der Beschreibung und die Lage am Meer einfach toll. Gefehlt hat ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Einziges Manko war die Dusche, da schwamm das ganze Bad. Irgendwie eine Fehlkonstruktion. Ein Wort zum Kontakt: Das war echt Klasse, schon im Vorfeld, aber auch vor Ort war es sehr gut. Danke an Antonio.
