It would be good to have a kettle, tea cups and complimentary tea and coffee in each room. Our just a kettle and cups. Restaurant is not also open so would be good to make a hot drink in your own room when you want. Most basic hotels in the UK have this.

No offer of help with luggage (2 disabled guests) and the lifts often open not level (dangerous step). The rooms have no coffee/tea which I think is unheard of in a 4 star hotel…. and the wifi was terribly slow and cut off all the time…. I ended up just buying an unlimited 1 week data sim! The breakfast was fine except they don’t separate the pork/bacon products from everything wlse for vegetarians, Muslims, vegans e.t.c… Swimming pool was always too busy to use, I was told I had to book a time??? Plus it smelled bar which put me off going in the end. Definitely not 4 star, more like 2-3 star at best…. I’d never go back for the price I paid.

The hotel exceeded my expectation I was with infant by myself we loved pool for babies. Gym was not only for hotel guests and I didn’t like it and I couldn’t go there with baby. I really liked our room , the bed was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing eggs were mushy , pastries was dry

The room was ok, nothing special. I thought it was dirty in areas especially in the bathroom and sheets on the bed. The pool was small and needs to be reserved in advance which I found odd. The breakfast was nice plenty of options and food wasn’t too bad.

Location of the hotel was very close to the metro network and bus lines which made Valencia central area’s easily accessible. Room was pleasantly spacious. Staff members were always welcoming and helpful & luggage storage was very useful on arrival day.

The room didn’t have a good air conditioner and we couldn’t sleep because we were sweating. They offered me $97 if I wanted to move to another hotel and I paid $989 for two rooms. I couldn’t use the pool because they have a restricted schedule, they use the pool for trainings. Expedia didn’t want to solve my problem and told me to get the $97 to move or just stay over there. This is unacceptable from a company that you trust to book your trips.

Don’t bother

This hotel was terrible. I stayed here because it was recommended by the camp my son was staying at, but I was very disappointed and left after a couple of nights. It was very old and outdated. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. It didn’t even have shampoo or conditioner. It has a pool and spa, but hotel guests could only use it at certain times. It was also a separate facility so you had to share it with the public so it was very busy. The front desk wasn’t very welcoming. The neighborhood smelled and didn’t have much to do. The only positive was they let me check out early and refunded the rest of my stay.
