Très impersonnel comme résidence car la réception est ouverte que 3 heures pour les arrivées et les départs..! Les logements sont abîmés notamment les plafonds. Pas d’ascenseurs pour desservir les appartements qui sont hors du bâtiment principal donc très compliqué avec les bagages et encore plus lors du retour du ski avec les chaussures aux pieds et autres..!

Prestations bas de gamme mais village familial

Les prestations sont très en dessous de ce qu'on imagine en voyant les photos: sol en lino et non en parquet, cafetière en plastique bas de gamme, pas d'aspirateur ni bouilloire ni sèche-cheveux, portes WC et séjour qui ne se ferment pas, grosses fissures dans les murs, murs extérieurs non crépis, pas de casier fermant à clé à la piscine ni patère pour accrocher sa serviette en face du hammam, cabine hammam en plastique peu performante, sans parfum d'eucalyptus et avec de grosses traces jaunâtres sur les parois... C'est dommage et cela atteste d'une construction vraiment baclée et d'un manque d'investissements pour y remédier ! En revanche, le personnel d'accueil est très serviable. Nécessité de prévenir si vous voulez utiliser le hammam ou le sauna car ils ne fonctionnent pas en permanence (d'où un temps de chauffe...)

Ho passato una settimana qui con la mia famiglia ambiente accogliente personale cortese ma che non parla una parola di italiano , a 30 minuti dal confine mi sembra poco . Il posto è magnifico l'appartamento anche se monolocale e spazioso i letti comodi i cuscini un po molli . Poche pentole nessuna grattugia per il formaggio solo forno a microonde nessun detersivo , vanno acquistati a parte . Bisogna portarsi tutto soprattutto cibo di scorta perché nel paese c'è solo un piccolo super non troppo fornito. A San jean le muri enne c'è un grosso carrefour dove si può rifornirsi prima di salire. Comunque ci tornerò sicuramente

très beau cadre mais organisation à revoir

Le séjour était agréable avec de la neige et peu de soleil, mais dans un cadre splendide. Le seul bémol du séjour a été que nous sommes resté bloqué dehors dans le froid par -8°à 01h00 du matin car la serrure de la chambre était bloqué. Le plus gros souci c 'est que personne n'a jamais répondu au numéro d'urgence laisser a l'accueil on ne nous a même jamais rappeler. Heureusement, nous avons réussit à l'ouvrir et notre fille de 2 ans n'était pas avec nous.

Séjour agréable grâce au beau temps. Sans doute aurait-il été moins plaisant par mauvais temps car l'architecte avait oublié l'importance d'une vue dégagée en empilant les rangées de résidences; Il aurait suffit de décaler celles-ci pour donner de la vue à tout le monde!
