Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with TV and private bathroom and WC, (1 bed 2 people 160 x 200 cm, 1 bed 1 person / 1 bed 2 people 160 x 200 cm, 2 bunk beds), 1 bedroom with television and a mezzanine integrated all under slope (2 beds 2 people 160 x 200 cm, 1 bed 1 person), separate WC with washbasin. Bedsheets included. Terrace and grounds. Tarmac parking and garage for 2 cars. Individual contemporary chalet located 2.5 km from the ski slopes of Albiez-Montrond. At the entrance of a hamlet located between the Col du Mollard (Albiez) and St Jean d'Arves link the Sybelles. Very comfortable with enormous charm and character. High quality equipment of high quality. Esprit contemporary cottage allied to the crazy charm of the old. Ski resort of St Jean d'Arves / Les Sybelles at 7 km, St Sorlin d'Arves at 11 km.

Le chalet a repondu à toutes nos attentes et mieux encore. Tout est pensé pour se sentir bien La vue est magnifique, l’espace est grand et matériellement rien ne manque. Nous avons été bien reçus et la propriétaire a été très à l’écoute. Nous avons été enchantés.
