Accommodation comprising 2 Gites de France. Shared entrance on the ground floor, then access to the apartment located upstairs, on the right. Living room with a double Murphy bed (140x190), access to a shower room with WC. Separate kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x200), one with two single beds (90x190), and one with a double bed (140x190). Shower room with WC upstairs and landing converted into a play area for children. Shared unfenced garden. Sheets and towels included, cleaning included. Beds made upon arrival. The family chalet La Scierie de la Grande Ourse consists of two softly colored accommodations with 180° panoramic views of Mont Emy, the Aiguilles d'Arves, and the Étendard Glacier. These two gîtes, which can be rented simultaneously, are perfect for stays with family or friends. In summer, enjoy the numerous hiking trails starting from the chalet, the alpine landscapes, the mountain lakes, and the outdoor activities. In winter, the Albiez-Montrond family ski resort welcomes you nearby, with varied slopes, a beginner's area, snowshoe trails, and ski touring. Gite near the Albiez-Montrond ski slopes (35km of slopes), 13km from St Jean d'Arves, linking to Domaine les Sybelles (the largest ski area in Maurienne with 310km of slopes). Authentic village on a very well-exposed plateau, at the foot of the famous and very characteristic Aiguilles d'Arves. Nordic area with free access with cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding and sledding! Numerous hikes, outdoor activities, fun and sports between the different resorts of the Arvan-Villard massif. Circuits with topo for cyclists and mountain bikers.
