Bright and independent apartment located on the first floor of a newly renovated house in the Madeleine district of Albi. Responsible in its furnishings and ergonomic in its design, the 40m2 accommodation is extended by a 30m2 terrace. To reach the historic center, less than 5 minutes by bike (2 Dutch type bikes at your disposal) are enough to reach the bridges giving access to the episcopal city.

The accommodation is called “Le Passage” because of the proximity of the level crossing: the small passenger trains on the Toulouse-Rodez line therefore enliven daily life, but not the heart of the night! The station is very convenient for getting to Toulouse for example ...

Très bel appartement avec tout le confort et parfaitement entretenu. Les commerces essentiels sont à proximité et le centre ville tout proche. Un peu bruyant dans la journée mais aucun bruit la nuit. La terrasse est très agréable.
