This light and bright holiday villa is full equipped to be able to cook up a storm or you can explore the nearby fish & chip shops and cafe's. While numerous bars and restaurants are only a few minutes drive away.

We have kids entertainment, a scooter, bikes and the backyard BBQ. Catering for all.

Great location, close to the beach. Lovely walking track that we used each morning, and would definitely stay again if we returned to Albany in future. Thank you very much for having us.

The property is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to Middleton beach and close to the golf club. Overall the property is in a good condition. It has a well equipped kitchen, bathrooms are in good order, beds are comfy with good quality linen. There are some areas that are a bit tired and need attention, the dining table wobbles and two dining chairs had damage, and the bedroom curtains are missing hooks which makes them difficult to close.All in all we enjoyed our stay and, once the items mentioned have been rectified, we would book again.

Very impressive apart from dining table being wonky and unstable for eating off. And pans and pots can be renewed very sticky non stick has worn off.. but overall it was very pleasant to stay in and travel around from Thank you

Albany Get-away

Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Easy access to Middleton Beach. Ideal location and everything in the house was very good. Bathroom/toilet areas ideal for two adult couples.Only issue was that the outside BBQ was not very clean.
