Cozy 1 bedroom apartment that backs up to a pond/park for easy access to walking trails and a park for pets. Apartment features a full size washer, dryer, and fridge. Two Roku smart TV’s. This is attached to our house.

Close to all major hospitals in Corvallis, Albany, and Salem area. Features a private entrance and self check-in keypad. Apartment is close to multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping centers.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Amazingly Quiet

The apartment was very clean and private. It was great that we were able to park in the driveway and not on the street. The park behind the house was great to enjoy morning coffee and a walk.

Great Apartment, Location & Hosts

We had a wonderful 2 week visit. The apartment is well appointed with clean and up-graded appliances and finishes. We were very comfortable and the location is excellent - very nice neighborhood and close to everything! The hosts were very responsive and gracious the few times we had a question. We hope to be able to visit again in the future, so naturally we'd recommend this listing to others.

What a gem!

This apartment was perfect for us. Plenty of space in the kitchen/living area. Comfy couch lots of light. The bedroom was a very large with lots of closet space. Bed big and comfy. Bathroom bright and efficient. We stayed three nights in this quiet neighborhood. we had dogs with us and this location is backed up to a beautiful green space park with paved trails. It was really nice going for walks and convenient for our dogs to potty. The neighborhood was quiet and near restaurants and groceries. As stated it was only five minutes to the fairgrounds, which is where we were participating in events. The house was clean and welcoming, plenty of communication with the owners. I hope I have occasion to stay there again

Great Location / Close to Everything

Quaint apartment for one or two people. Location on pond is lovely with great trails. Private entrance. Missing some kitchen essentials such as seasonings, oil, etc. Items not restocked during our 3 week stay, but for the price, this is a great place. Fan in bathroom did not work. TV requires streaming services and free TV is limited. No posted instructions for checkout. Overall quiet location. Host is very flexible and interactions were pleasant.
