Poorly maintained, stains on walls, dirty faucet, 2 wire hangers. Worn Wooden uneven stairs. Price was low so we didn’t expect much, but this was disappointing and dangerous

Good location for Tanglewood. Easy to check in The bed and toilet were good. The A/C worked. There was a microwave and a small refrigerator. The room smelled musty. The walls were cracked and not clean. The place is badly in need of a remodel but if you just need a place to sleep…

Listing shows a very nice pool. Pool was covered and area was overgrown with grass and weeds. No pool. Building is very old. Unit had peeling paint, very small tv, old fixtures in bathroom. Needs much updating.

Very misleading, photos on hotels.com must be from like 20 years ago! Property completely run down , room walls were dirty , bathroom walls full of cracks , there are a lot of lower rooms that have people that look like they live there ! Pool advertised is covered , place is a total mess. We left at 4:30 am . Room reeked of cigarette smoke . We were there to see James Taylor and knew we would never find another place last minute . Do not stay here .

Bed bugs, mattress was terribly dirty as well. Sit on the toilet and your knees are outside the bathroom. Awful awful awful. I went in, saw bedbugs and got my money back.

This was the second- nastiest motel room I have ever experienced. Everything was run down. Noisy. Nasty smears on the wall in the bathroom. Bed really hard and too short.

The room was in very poor condition. It reeked of cigarette smoke. I opened the windows to air it out and the windows had no screens. The paint was peeling.

I came into literally not expecting to have my door damaged felt very unsafe I was booked for 3 nights stayed two because I had no where else to go had to put a chair at night I have pictures to prove it not sure why this place is still operating.

The room itself was nice enough but the tv was not working and we were told satellite had just given out, and couldn’t regulate water temperature - could only get warm water. Also breakfast was a few individually wrapped small donuts and white bread for toast and ok coffee.
