The Dalia apartment is located in the historic center, 50 meters from the main street. It is new and located on the third and top floor with elevator access. It features hot/cold air conditioning. The spacious bedrooms offer panoramic views. The kitchen includes a convection oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and induction hob. The living room has a TV. The bathroom includes a washing machine and shower. Electric shutters, a video intercom, and double security doors ensure maximum security. All spaces are equipped with free Wi-Fi. A free parking space is available in the internal courtyard. A supermarket and Trattoria dei Sognatori are located opposite, as well as bars, pizzerias, and restaurants. You won't need a car to enjoy your vacation in complete relaxation! All transportation options are just a few minutes' walk away (train station, bus station, and taxis). Bike rental is available on-site. The Dalia apartment is located in a very quiet complex. During the evenings, the street below is closed to traffic, as it's in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). However, you can easily drive through to reach the apartment; I'll take care of everything personally. This allows for a peaceful night's sleep, free from the sounds of cars and motorcycles.

BEST APARTMENT WE EVER STAYED IN. EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS THERE INCLUDING A WELCOME BOTTLE OF WINE. BRAND NEW EVERYTHING. SPOTLESS CLEAN. HOST WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR HELP, TAKING US AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO FIND GROCERY AND RISTORANTES.
