Villa Torrenova is in a pleasant setting, located along the street running parallel to the beach. The shops, bars, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Son Bou are 15 minutes' walk away, with the entrance to the beautiful sandy beach a few minutes further. This 2 bedroom villa is bright and airy inside, and has a private swimming pool with a small garden and BBQ area. WiFi and an air cooling system throughout are included.
Villa Torrenova is located in the area of Torre Soli Nou, part of the sought-after resort of Son Bou. It takes around 15 minutes to walk into the resort centre which leads down to the beach entrance at the end of the main street. Son Bou is a lively resort with many restaurants, cafes and bars in the centre, plus a couple of great beach bars by the seafront. For larger groups, Villas Torresoli and Torrenit are a next door.
Main pool: 5 x 3 mtr, 1 - 1.5 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
