Villa Rouss by Escape Home

Villa Rouss is a nice 3 bedroom villa located a few minutes walk from the center of Cala'n Porter. This popular area caters for all with a good range of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The famous Cova d'en Xoroi is also nearby and the beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance of the villa.

This charming villa has a private swimming pool and barbecue, perfect for several relaxing days in the sun. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi.

Inside we find a large kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, combi-type refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee maker and washing machine.

It consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, the other two double bedrooms with single beds share a bathroom with a shower. The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 people.

The cozy living room is well furnished with tables, chairs, comfortable sofas and a TV. It has a large window that gives access to the terrace with pergola; It is furnished with comfortable armchairs, outdoor tables, chairs and hammocks for sunbathing and to enjoy the summer nights.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.
