This beautiful two-storey terraced house with a private pool and excellent views of the sea and the Son Bou beach is located in the Torre Solí Nou residential area. On the upper floor there is the common living-dining room area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom and the outdoor laundry room. There is also a covered terrace with a barbecue area, offering excellent sea views.

On the lower floor there are two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with a private bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the common areas of both floors. The pool area and its terrace offer the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces of the house. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
