This magnificent house with garden and private pool is located in the heart of San Jaime- Son Bou, its privileged location gives it excellent views of the sea from several of its rooms, it is located a short walk from the bar areas, restaurants, supermarkets and a 10-minute walk from the beach.

It consists of a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the terrace, a pleasant and functional fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms with a common bathroom and a pleasant master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

It has air conditioning in all its rooms, which makes it a very comfortable villa at any time of the year.

Its large covered outdoor terrace with barbecue area, allows you to have an alternative dining room on sunny days and to also enjoy the peaceful and tranquil nights.

Pool area with terrace, where you can relax swimming or sunbathe on one of the sun loungers that surround it, enjoying the exteriors of the villa.

The house has parking and a garden area.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
