This beautiful three bedroom villa has a modern, minimalistic style, and is located close to the beach of Son Bou. Due to its prime location, Villa Calina also offers magnificent sea views - especially from the lovely terraced area. This area is furnished with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. The villa is also located a short walk from the main bars and restaurants of Son Bou, making this villa a popular choice for guests looking to not use a car a lot during their holiday.



The Space:

Inside the villa, the amazing kitchen is spacious and decorated with wooden units and cream marble worktops. It is fully e​quipped with all the essential appliances such as a large American style fridge-freezer, microwave and oven. The dining area is furnished with a small dining table and chairs. Villa Calina has one twin bedroom and two double rooms, all with neutral tone decor and minimalistic furniture. The two bathrooms also have a modern design.



Outside, the private pool has roman step access as it is located a brief distance from the villa. The pool area also has a pergola to allow guests to take shade out of the sun when needed, as well as a barbecue. The terraced area is furnished with two comfortable sofas , dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.



Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £300.



Please note, there is a Tourist Tax Payment of 2.2EUR per person per night payable during check in. We will provide you details of our office before arrival.
