Disliked: Cleanliness
Like staying in a mafia-run place. Do not go here!! The apartment is not appropriately fitted out for a holiday. No curtains only see through drapes that let the light in and woke me up at 05:45 daily! I was tired and not at all rested/relaxed. Stains on the sofa bed! No plug for the bath. I have chronic arthritis so it's super important for me and that's why I booked an apartment with a bath. There was no lamp to read only a big blinding light. When I sentmessages via the app regarding these important issues which were making my holiday some kind of hel camp, I got no response to my issues only, 'You need to pay your final 20%! I then called the team and a horrible entitled woman with zero customer care skills put the phone down on me when I made the complaints. The next day the power was purposefully switched off so that we had no electric so no AC for the last 2 nights, no fridge and all our food ruined, no way to cook or charge our electricals, no TV and total darkness!!! It was horrific. Now I have noticed that the company have taken a further payment from my credit card without my consent!! This company is a disgrace and I urge you do not put yourself at their mercy. Who turns the power out on a 55 year old woman and her daughter on their supposed holiday??! I will be making an official complaint tomorrow and advising my credit card provider that they have taken funds without me being there and consenting
