The hotel is in easy access of the city and the premium double room was excellent and worth paying extra for. The staff were friendly and helpful and offered good advice on what to do in the City. Vitoria-Gasteiz is well worth a visit.
This hotel is very well located close to the historic centre. The room was clean but is due a refurb. The receptionist was welcoming, and if your Spanish is not up to it, speaks English. There are however no rooms in the hotel which do not suffer from road noise and it's a busy city. Ask for a room on a high floor to reduce the impact of the streets.
A rather fine stay in town not far from city center. Very kind welcome at the hotel. In fact no more comment to add as I use to come back there during each of my travels in Spain. the hotel should Keep as it is.
The hotel was hard to see coming into the city as it does not display its name prominently. The staff were very friendly & the room comfortable; the bathroom well appointed. The under ground parking was challenging to find & then to negotiate, but the lady on the front desk was extremely helpful. Our 1 complaint if that the hotel billed us twice in advance for our room, booked through an on line agency. Getting our money refunded involved many emails & phone calls over several days, to the point that we didn't think we would get our money back. We did as we checked out, but after much anxiety.
Food at the local restaurant is high quality and affordable. Rooms, although a little used (especially the walls), are quite comfortable. They have TV with international channels. Their parking in the same building is convenient. The hotel is located within walking distance to down town and the cathedral. I slept on the first floor, room 131, which was too noisy (I could hear the traffic outside). I would not mind sleeping here again provided they offer me a less noisy room. As for their staff, they are very friendly and efficient.
A good hotel with clean well appointed rooms. We had left some of our belongings at the hotel when we checked out and the staff were fantastic in arranging for us to be reunited with our property in another town. Without their assistance we would have had to have returned to Vitoria. Their actions turned a problem into a good memory for us.
Not very much to say about this outdated place. Only, they should get three stars instead of four and please replace the bedlinnen ( or start to wash it, it is stained (😱 don’t know exactly what) and the carpet, because of the same reason) Breakfast is good, service average to good. Misses soul (again white LED lights are used here) and they are placed at random which gives a low class hotel effect....
We stayed here for 3 nights and we were most impressed with it! I really enjoyed staying here in Vitoria`Gasteiz, The hotel was quiet with a very comfortable bed, the room was spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly especially breakfast staff and reception staff. Breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and cold food. The breakfast room was spacious with plenty of tables. Our room was on the garden floor where you could go out and sit in the garden but the garden was inside the hotel, a lovely feature. There was a bar if you wanted a drink.
We are experienced travelers on a month long tour of Europe. Two principle problems with the hotel. No AC in out suite and after four days of complaining no action. And yes the Spanish are late starters in the morning but the hotel was inconsistent with when breakfast opened. The cafe was dedicated to a business affair so there was no viable place to eat a roll and coffee. And the bar was slow, overworked and while attractive, not very comfortable. These are not just picayune complaints, but established an uncomfortable stay and we left early.
we celebrated our weddingd lunch and party in Siken Ciudad de Vitoria. We were really impressed by the kindness and profesionality of its staff, we received a very good service and we were very happy with the quality of the food served.
