Charming chalet located in the idyllic village of Alaró, with mountain view in the heart of the Tramintana sierra, of 150 m² on a plot of 3,550 square meters, completely fenced, in a very safe area, surrounded by orange trees, cypresses, rose bushes, fig, olive and pear trees. Located on the outskirts of the village, it has all the advantages of the village, but at the same time is on a very secluded and friendly area.
It has 3 double bedrooms (1 of them can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children), 2 complete bathrooms, 6 - 8 persons.

The villa was the cleanest and best equipped we have stayed at in over 10 years of using holiday lets. There was everything needed, towels (for the bathrooms and pool) shower gel shampoo, wine coffee and home made marmalade from the orange trees in the garden, no need to bring so much stuff as we usually do . Andresin the host was friendly and attentive and wanted us to have the best possible holiday.

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful time in Mallorca and at this property! It is in a quiet area, but centrally located to reach everything we wanted to see on the island. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor living space including the pool and tennis court. The kitchen was well equipped with whatever we needed to make meals. The host suggested two restaurants, one in Alaró and another in Palma. Both were fantastic! We highly recommend Andre’s beautiful home for your next vacation!

Simply fabulous villa. We loved the pool, tennis court (with floodlighting) and outdoor shaded space. In doors was great too. Location just on wide of the village made it quiet yet a 10 mins walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Really nice village atmosphere. Andre so helpful too. Thank you and we will be back.

Mateu was a fantastic host! Lovely fresh orange juice from his trees, beautiful lemons for out G&Ts! The house was excellent with everything you would need. Although a little walk into the village to buy our provisions, Mateu kindly provided a trolley to enable us to transport the heavier goods. Fully recommend this property. Great swimming pool and Tennis court!

A wonderful active break

This house was the perfect location for our active family (3 young boys). The tennis court and pool are a perfect combination - and fresh oranges from the orchard were such a treat. The house has been very thoughtfully prepared as a holiday home, which is not always the case. Alaro is a very pretty village and an easy walk in for dinner and gelato. Many thanks to Andres for our stay.

Fantastic villa in Alaro

This is our third trip to Mallorca and we were really impressed by both the villa and the town of Alaro. In many years of self catering holidays we thought this was the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in - we struggled to think of anything it was missing. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like wine, olives and marmalade left for us to enjoy, plenty of towels, dishwasher tablets, loo roll, tin foil etc to last our whole stay. Pool is lovely and well attended to. Tennis court was a hit! The orchard was a lovely surprise and my daughters loved collecting fruit and making fresh orange juice and lemonade. The surrounding mountains are beautiful but running up them isn’t for the faint hearted... All necessary amenities (bakery, petrol station, small supermarket) are all within walking distance. We enjoyed walking into town for excellent pizza and ice cream. Andres and Gabriel were very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend.

Perfect for our group of 5

We were a Family of five. Two of us in our 50s and three boys between ages 18–21. The tennis court and pool were fantastic. The home is newly renovated and very comfortable. It is definitely a place we would come back to. Also, our host, Andres, was very kind and was able to answer all our questions. We felt that if we had any issues, Andres would be very attentive and assist us.

We spent a week at this amazing villa. It really was one of the best holidays properties we have stayed in. Everything inside and outside was very clean and the whole place was equipped with everything you could possibly want. The oranges and lemons in the orchard were in season and we had freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. The tennis court was a real bonus and rackets were provided. Andrés came to see us and brought some delicious marmalade. We will definitely return to this lovely property and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic home, perfect peaceful surroundings

Amazing property. Everything well thought out and catered for. Highlights absolutely are the tennis court and stunning surrounds. We stayed 6 adults and 2 teens. Well equipped all around, nice comfortable kitchen, driveway big enough for 2 cars. 11 minute walk to nearest supermarket and pizzeria. 6 min walk to petrol station and local donner kebab shop. Great location for walks and hikes to the castle. Communication with the owner was great, easy check in and check out process. Areas that could be improved: WiFi is ok. It’s not lighting fast so if playing Netflix on multiple devices, will struggle. There is 1 tv in the living room. If you are TV viewers, note there is only 1 TV. Swimming pool is beautiful but not heated. Other than that, everything is wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect stay in Alaro

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The villa was immaculately cleaned and maintained. The tennis court and pool likewise. We enjoyed the floodlit tennis court and barbecue in the evenings. Alaro town is a 10 minute walk and offers reallynice quality bars, cafes and restaurants. Andres was the perfect host. He showed us round and made sure we knew how everything worked on our arrival. The nicest and most unexpected touch was that the villa was completely stocked with everything we would need and eliminated the need to rush to a supermarket for essentials.

Amazing villa with everything you need and more

We spent 10 days at this beautiful villa, it has everything you need and more to enjoy an amazing time in Mallorca. Very clean and fully equipped, you don't need to worry about anything. Andres is such an amazing host, we arrived very late and he was there waiting for us, with thoughtful details (homemade orange jam by his wife, wines and coffee). Our kids enjoy the pool, tennis court and he even had there for them bikes and many other toys. Location is great, less than 30 mins from Palma and many of the main cities ( Soller, Valldemossa, Fortnalux and Pollença) We hope we can come back next year!

Fantastic holiday villa

The villa is stunning- beautiful views, lovely swimming pool which our 3 yr old granddaughter spent every day in, full size tennis court and lots of various areas to sit and relax. The villa itself was very clean and fully equipped. Andreas was so helpful- nothing was too much trouble. He even brought us a baby car seat so we could collect our daughter and family from the airport. His wife makes the most delicious marmalade from the oranges at the villa and he left us a nice bottle of wine which was really appreciated. The location of the villa is perfect- very quiet but just a 15 min stroll into Alaro which has a lot of lovely restaurants and a pharmacy. You can drive 5 mins to the train station to take a train into Palma- free parking at the station! We enjoyed lemons from the trees in the garden in our drinks. Sadly it’s not a good year for the oranges but we did get one from the tree! We had a brilliant family holiday here with 3 generations. There were loads of toys to keep our 3 yr old busy too. Highly recommend. We would definitely come back to stay here! Thank you Andreas for everything!

We had a wonderful week. The Villa is to a very high standard. Best equipped place we have stayed. Everything has been thought of. Very clean and good communication with Andres. Amazing villa - would definitely recommend

We just spent a wonderful week in the vill with another family. The villa was spotlessly clean with great facilities (kitchen, laundry, pools etc) and really brilliant for kids as it is walled and self contained with a little orchard for the kids to explore. Air con in the bedrooms meant for a great night’s sleep and somehow the layout of the house meant that sound didn’t carry and we were able to sleep in even as the kids played in the lounge. The host was very friendly and responsive to any and every request. Location was also great as it was central Mallorca, 25min to Palama, easy access to basically everywhere

Wonderful villa for relaxing family holiday

The villa was lovely, very clean and well equipped with a fantastic swimming pool and tennis court. It was a great location for our holiday as allowed us to privately enjoy family time but be close enough to the town to walk out for meals, drinks, shopping etc. and centrally located so we could drive around and explore the rest of Mallorca. Andres was there to welcome us and available to help out whilst we were staying which was very reassuring a caring host. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Villa

What a wonderful find, we booked this beautiful villa for 16 nights in October. The villa is so well equipped everything we could possibly need . Our flight arrived late into Palma meaning there was no supermarkets open but Andreas had arranged for a wonderful array of delicious Mallorca food ,beautiful homemade Spanish omelette, jams ,olives as well as milk ,bread etc. This was our first holiday with our 4 month old grandson staying in this beautiful home was perfect, space to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. Andres was a wonderful host nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommended this property.

Perfect Family Holiday

Picked this location based purely on what we hoped the villa would offer. We were not let down by the villa it was everything we wanted and more. Add to the fact that Alaro is a beautiful little town only 10 minutes walk away it was the perfect family holiday. Andres was a great host. He has really thought about the layout of the property and offers lots of little extras you wouldn’t expect. Remote enough for our two year old to make plenty of noise and not bother anyone and close enough to Alaró to walk in and sample the restaurants which are great. The couple of times we had issues Andres had sorted them within an hour. Issues he couldn’t have done anything about, a faulty iron and a freak storm. Massively impressed with how he sorted it all so quickly. Couldn't recommend Andres, the villa or Alaró any higher.

The perfect Villa and Owner

Truly blown away by how amazing this villa was and how nice Andres the owner is. Based at the bottom of the mountains with incredible views, the location and views could not be better. 20 mins from Palma, and a 1 minute drive in to Alaro also back that up. We've been lucky enough to stop at lots of nice villas on Mallorca but this has been our favorite. You have large secure grounds totally enclosed so nice and secure. Swimming pool is beautiful and the tennis court is un real. Playing tennis looking up at the mountains in the back ground was such a perfect experience. The villa itself is lovely. Very clean and spacious with everything you could think of needing. The master bedroom is really nice with a fully glass ensuite bathroom. Andres really was the perfect host so huge thanks for your hospitality and we hope to be back some day soon.

This is our second visit to Alaro and Andres house. We had a such a wonderful time previously and we wanted to repeat this. We weren't disappointed! As always, Andres the host was very friendly and accommodating. We hired a car and parking is available on the property. We love the house and the outdoor space for the growing kids was absolutely perfect. Fresh oranges every morning from Andres orchard is incredible. And, of course, lemon trees by the swimming pool supplied that perfect twist for Gin and Tonic at the end of a beach day. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Andres.
