"Chec in took a long time as money went out of my Account. Then came back to my account then went out again. Very annoying as this took a while.
AC didn’t work not work.
TV did not work
Called staff to see to it. This took almost 40 minutes by the time they came.
AC was rectified
TV did NOT work so it was early to bed.
I am asking the hotel for some compensation.
Please note Staff Don’t speak English"
