very beautiful resort, staff were very friendly, food was good as well. Front desk manager Ibrahim was very polite and helpful. We found the property lacked nightly entertainment; the daily activities were either too short or too boring. We would have loved to try the Turkish Hamam, however, the rates were TOO expensive ~ US110/person... Our stay was enjoyable, however, we wished for nightly entertaining programs like the next two adjacent hotels...

Beautiful hotel – it was clean an modern. The food was really tasty. There wasn’t much that didn’t taste very nice, and even though it was a fairly large hotel, it was designed well so that everything felt in easy walking distance. The beach was nice and we didn’t struggle to get a sun bed.

... seriously Sirius!

...everything was spot on, staff, service, food, drinks, room comfort. not much to do in the vicinity as it is away from the centre of alanya town, more or less 95tl on a taxi. my minor gripe is the air conditioning keeps shutting down on its own whatever setting you use, other than that, great hotel to stay all-inclusive.

Mary Hotel, Alanya – A deeply disappointing and fr

We booked 5 rooms for 10 people at Mary Hotel in Alanya. Prior to our arrival, we called the hotel to inform them that two guests would leave halfway through the stay and two others would take their place. The hotel confirmed over the phone that this was no problem. However, when we arrived, the hotel had not prepared the 5 rooms as promised. Instead, we were given fewer rooms, and several of us had to share rooms or beds, even though we had paid for separate accommodations. When the time came for two guests to leave and two new ones to arrive – exactly as agreed in advance – the hotel suddenly refused to allow the change unless we paid an additional €1,740, with no extra room or service provided. This was completely unreasonable and felt dishonest. Furthermore, we experienced major issues with the service during our entire stay. • There was always a lack of cutlery in the restaurant, and if you arrived even just 30 minutes after dinner started, the selection of food was very limited. • In the evenings, it often took a very long time to receive drinks, even when the restaurant or bar was not particularly busy. • The staff spoke very poor English, and the reception employees were often rude, impatient, and unhelpful, making communication difficult and unpleasant. Overall, our experience at Mary Hotel was stressful, frustrating, and far from what we were promised. Poor communication, broken agreements, and low service standards

Personal hat immer jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das Buffet ist ausgezeichnet, sehr gross und abwechslungsreich. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Zimmer sind wunderbar mit schöner Aussicht. Der Pool ist Weltklasse. Der Fitnessraum ist leider ungenügend und minimalistisch. Der Lift ist ein bisschen mühsam, hält oft in jedem Stock. Wenn man früh schhlafen möchte, ist es nicht ideal, da laute Musik bis 00:00 Uhr zu hören ist. Insgesamt trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

A mystery how a hotel like this is rated with 5 stars. Nothing 5-star experience what so ever. Check-in was messy, room was ok, pool was too crowded with loads of unrude russians, food was terrible (same food served over and over again - mainly seafood and chicken), bar-staff unpresent and unattentive. Overall not a place I would recommend anyone for a 5 star experience. Find somewhere else

Yeni bir otel. Odaları konforlu, havuz güzel, sahil güzel planlanmış. Personel oldukça yardımcı. Yemekler, farklı ülkelerden insanlar olduğu için güzel ama tam bizim mutfağımızdan değil. Bildiğimiz yemeklerin bazı tatlarını yadırgadım. Çok önemli değil zira alternatif gani. Akşam şovları güzeldi, uğurlama ve karşılama makul. Bölgesindeki en iyi otel. Tekrar gelirim, evet.
