This hotel is in perfect location with sea just a step away. The food is nice too. Staff are friendly. Room is lush and so comfy. It was cleaned every day. Cleopatra beach is amazing. The Caves and Cable cars are only 10 min walk i clude the museum. I will happily return there in the future.

Great location

After an initial error caused by Hotels.com, the manager and team went out of their way to make my stay easy. They were very kind, and because of them I would stay there again. The property is in a fabulous location for buses, Kleopatra beach and the castle. There are sunny balconies, and they are very kind to cats which is so important to the European market. A+++++

Good stay

The hotel is in good condition, clean and close to the beach. I recommend staying half board rather than all inclusive (unless you like to drink more than eating) since food is not good.

Kış olmasından kaynaklı mı anlamadım. Geldiğim gün zaten hotelss le tartıştık bu konuda otelde ne sıcak su vardı ne de internet. Sinirden hotelss yetkililerle görüştüm sağolsun onlar yardımcı oldu ama otel işe yaramazdı o da buranın altyapısından kaynaklı. Heryer şuan delik değişk belediyeye dava açsalar kazanırlar o derece müşteri kaybı var. İkinci gün sıcak su geldi. Ama wifi odalarda ücretliydi… lobide ücretsizmiş. Bidaha gitmem.

Først en meget venlig modtagelse. Værelset var super og meget rent. Tilfreds med balkon ud mod "gården" da de graver Atatürk vejen op pga gas mm. Så undgik alt larm derfra. Bestilte tyrkisk morgenmad der var super og intet manglede. Kommer gerne igen.

Mukava perushotelli, mutta siivouksessa olisi parannettavaa. Kylpyhuoneesta näkee, ettei perussiivousta ole pitkään aikaan tehty kunnolla (saumat täynnä mustia jälkiä). Sähkökatkon aikana meni pitkään ennenkuin generaattori käynnistyi, hissiä ei tehnyt mieli käyttää sen jälkeen.
