The hotel and its facilities were much better than we expected for this price at this time of the year (July). The room, communal areas, and pools were very well designed and so clean. Food wise, we could not have asked for more delicious meals. Staff were friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our time here at Arcanda Kirman Premium.

My family and I had a great visit. With a 6 year old daughter the kids club and the kids activities were really good. The staff was very friendly from the time we walked in until we checked out. We had a great time and we are hoping to return for another visit. Highly recommended this hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Staff were primarily non-English speaking. Entrainment good, pools really nice and good variety of food - though some days vegetarian food was limited or not clearly labelled. Limited access to the a-la-cart restaurants - staff claimed to try but since arrival kept saying no. No irons available in-room. Phone in-room not operational. Beach has stones, not white sand like the Antalya beaches.

Great food and drinks!

Original brands of soda and alcohol was nice surprise and a big plus for us! Quality of food was also good, much better compared to some other 5 star all inclusive hotels. The only small minus that not that many of the staff understood English, which lead to some misunderstandings during the stay.

Beautiful resort, clean, safe, friendly staff, food is amazing. Definitely recommend. A couple things we didn’t like: A/C in the room was not cooling properly, bad odor from the sink and shower drains. We enjoyed our stay in early April, we opened the balcony door to get fresh air, not sure about the air quality during hot season.

I loved all the different pools and activities and the abundance of food. We had friends who wanted to book the hotel to stay with us and our hotel was booked so they stayed at the sister hotel and it was annoying because we couldn’t eat together and had to constantly explain ourselves.
