When we got to the hotel we were only supplied one door card between 2 people which is an inconvenience. The staff are rude and not helpful. The property is dirty and rooms are not cleaned.This hotel is not capable of being a 3 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money.

Stay far far away from this hellhole. I’ve travelled quite a bit and this is by far the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. I don’t know who or how it is considered a 5 star resort. The place itself is gross and dirty, the food is disgusting and bland and cold, and the staff are some of the worst i’ve ever seen. Our bad experience started off with our flight being cancelled (unrelated to the hotel) so we contacted them a week ahead of time to let them know we would arrive 2 days which they acknowledged and we requested a partial refund- they said we could deal with this upon arrival (which was a complete lie). We booked an airport shuttle to the hotel directly (as expedia advertises on the listing, and the hotel confirmed it). Then we arrived to the airport and no one was there to pick us up and we were left stranded for hours. We had to pay over $100 for a taxi due to the lies of the hotel. Upon check in the girl at the front desk was very sick, sneezing and coughing everywhere and not even wearing a mask.. the room they checked us into had several long hairs in the shower and on the bed- pretty disgusting. As mentioned the food itself sucked, the entertainment was also the worst i’ve ever seen. The dancers didn’t even have half a smile on their faces and looked miserable. While we were on property we confirmed with 2 different reception workers that our partial refund was approved. Now i’m home and they said i’m lying and they won’t refund anything- stay far far away

I have couple of things to clarify about this place, staff is helpful and nice and they try their best, but I wouldn't say that this is a 5 star hotel and it doesn't match the price invested, the rooms are spacious and clean but we had a repetitive problem where we got locked out of our room and had to ask for staff to help get inside, it was extremely annoying how they had technical malfunctions so often, room won't open, elevators had to be fixed, juice machines breaking, etc. The TV is not smart. I must mention that the rooms are not sound proof at all, I could hear even the whisper of those in rooms next to us, it was very uncomfortable because I felt no privacy, the food isn't really good and isn't the best quality. The wifi works fast and good compared to other places. Blankets and bed covers are rough to the skin and not soft, and very small and short, not suitable for couples to both sleep in comfortably, but the maids that clean the rooms and change the sheets are good and confidential, so far nothing is stolen or missing. One of the best things about this place I would say is the pool, it's spacious and not too deep and not too shallow. What I haven't tried in the resort was the spa, the reason is the guy charged with that area, he was a bit too pushy about trying it, it was a bit annoying. Another annoying thing is children entertainment at night and morning. I'm ot sure if we would ever go back to that place, but it's a decent option for a family.

Don't waste your money

If you want to torture your self And had the worst experience in your life You will stay in this hotel of hell . Very bad Room not clean air conditioning is not working we call front desk 5 times they act dump and they will say we are sending the technician that they never Show up in any of the 3 separate rooms that we had me and my family it was 6 days of the worst experience I've ever had in hotel in my life.. Parking lot is the Public street.. Good luck if you find one😡 Food horrible Do your self a fever dont stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel close to beach

We had a very pleasant 12 day stay at Diamond Hill all-inclusive hotel.Our room had a marvellous sea view,lovely sunsets.Food was also good quality and enough to choose from. There was a nice pool area,we also tried sauna hammam and massage .The beach area was also nice with lunch available.I would visit again.

Definately NOT worth 5 star!!!

First impression of the hotel- as soon as we arrived there was no smile or welcome from the gentleman at the reception desk. He then asked for our hand so he can put a the hotel band on it without explaining what it was for and that it needs to be kept for the duration of the stay. The room appeared clean but when I took off my shoe it felt dusty and as I wiped the floor with my hand lots of dust so was not mopped or sweeped. The sheets were clean but appeared to have stains therefore requested they be changed. The cleanliness of the hotel itself is ok. The food was BLAND and not much variety chips were stale. Entertainment was ridiculous and boring - My 9 and 8 year old did not enjoy. If you are English speaking then best not to stay here as all the entertainment- mini disco is in Russian and they talk in Russian without translating what is being said so my kids felt left out. The lifts take forever to arrive and are very slow, we were on the 6th floor and had to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs when coming/going to pool or restaurant which is in basement levels. The beach is stoned beach not fun as kids wanted to make a sandcastle. Definately not worth 5stars Looks like a 3 star. The only thing I liked about the hotel is the location is good- 15mins drive to Alanya shopping centre.

Nice hotel and staff

We stayed at the resort for a week, location is very good , easy bus ride to alanya centre. Lunch and dinner was pretty excellent , good variety and helpful staff. All the Reception staff were excellent and very helpful , willing to help all the time. We had a mid level sea view room which was amazing. The view was awesome. Pool and animation team were great aswell. Great place to enjoy with family friends or as couple. Beach is a few mins walk away.

Skøn ferie med fantastisk udsigt

Vi har været på Diamond Hill flere gange og kommer gerne igen. God service, god mad og hyggelige sidde områder. Vi elsker strandbaren og nyder de rolige omgivelser på stranden, med mulighed for både mad og drikke. Desværre har havet taget noget af området, så det trænger til en istandsættelse så der ikke er afskærmnings bånd flere steder. Musikken i poolen er meget højt, selv om aftenen, den kunne man godt nedjustere 😜 Men om aftenen er der mulighed for at gå i Roofbar og sidde og nyde det.
