Værelse: Godt værelse. Dog stod toilettet ret tæt på brusekabinen, så man følte at man var på vej ind i kabinen. Personalet: Nogle var smilene og venlige. Især i receptionen. Dem som gik og ryddede af virkede dog lidt til at de glædede sig til at sæsonen sluttede. Der gik et par rundt som virkede til at være dem som bestemte og det var lidt underligt at de gik rundt uden at lave noget eller bare sad ved bordene og røg eller drak kaffe. Maden: Dårligt at man fx først kunne få en sodavand kl 11. Maden varierede lidt, men det meste var lidt cafeteria mad, så gik mest ud at spise om aftenen. Der var is, men det var kun en time om dagen man kunne få det. Har læst flere steder at nogle hoteller fx putter vand i øl og sodavand, men gode effes øl og god cola, Fanta osv. Beliggenhed: Det ligger et stykke væk fra centrum, men det var fint at gå eller tage et el-løbehjul. Pool osv: Der var rigeligt med liggestole ved poolen, så det betød ikke så meget, når nogle lagde håndklæder i rigtig god tid. Vandet var koldt, men tænker det er det samme alle steder på den årstid.

Otelin yeri Alanya merkezde tek iyi yönü bu diyebilirim.Yemekler vasatın altında temizlik sıfır herkes elini herseye dokunabiliyordu kendimi öğrenci yurdunda hissettim.İlgi ve alaka bize değilde yabancı turiste vardı adamlarda haklı her yıl bu otele gelmeyeceğimizi biliyorlar ...

Ei vakuuttanut

Olimme hotellissa 2 viikkoa. Maksoimme huoneen perillä. Ensin yritettiin veloittaa 100 euroa liikaa, mutta lopuksi sopi hinta joka oli voucherissa. Sitten liirat laskettiin väärin eli maksoimme käteisellä ja euroilla ja summa väheni noin 50 liiraa. Huoneesta puuttui yhden ihmisen peitto ja pyyhkeet. Nämä toki saatiin sinne kun pyydettiin.Siivous oli kehnoa ja esitteessä sanottiin, että liinavaatteet vaihdetaan 2 kertaa/vko. Ne vaihdettiin yhden kerran ja ilmeisesti siksi että otimme ne sängystä pois ja laitoimme lattialle. Lattia oli liukas pesuaineen jäljiltä eikä imuroitu tai kuivamopattu eli lika pysyi lattialla ja kulkeutui jalkapohjissa sänkyyn. Vessanpönttö lorotti vettä yhtäsoittoa ja se häiritsi varsinkin yöaikaan. Ilmastointi ja sähköt käynnistyivät kun laittoi avaimen seinään. Ilmastointia ei saanut pois päältä kuin ottamalla avaimen pois ja sitten myös sähköt katkesi! Wifi ei toiminut huoneissa. Likaiset pyyhkeet kerättiin pinoon hyllylle emmekä koskaan tienneet mitä pyyhettä kukin oli käyttänyt! Ruokaa oli paljon, mutta aina vähän samanlaista enkä pitänyt ruoista. Makuasioita toki... Ei hotelli huono ollut, mutta en itse enään majoitu sinne.

En blandet følelse

Personalet i restaurant og underholdning er fantastiske og trækker niveauet op på stedet . Personalet i den tilhørende butik og resepsionen som er de samme er ubehøvlede og ligeglade med hvor meget de snyder deres gæster incl børn. Man skal gå i resepsionen og bede om toiletpapir og rene håndklæder da de ikke bliver udleveret som en selvfølge i alle tilfælde. Der er ikke pool håndklæder tilhørende opholdet. Der var på et familieværelse kun service til ca 1.5 mænd. Aircondition var i stykker og der løb vand ud på gulvet fra den og blev ikke lavet under vores ophold. Ellers er det et udemærket hotel, vi har haft en god ferie trods lidt udfordringer. Det er dog ikke et hotel vi vælger igen.
