The worst hotel I ever stayed at. Garbage piled up instead of beach bar. Dirty dishes with food leftovers in piles, left in the restaurant from day before. Food disgusting, breakfast was left-overs from dinner day before. Staff smoking in kitchen. Broken furniture. Broken plates and paper cups. All inclusive bar a joke, with warm bear served from pet bottles. Towels with stains of blood presented as clean towels. Very poor room cleaning. Unfriendly staff. Broken lights in the corridor. Poolwater used to clean the floors. Overall a terrible hotel!!!!

Das schmutzigste Hotel das ich in der Türkei bei meinen vielen Übernachtungen, in unterschiedlichen Orten entlang der Küste und aber auch im Land in der Türkei in den letzten 13 Jahren kennen gelernt habe. Das Essen war einfach und eintönig. Der Service war mehr für sich da und nicht für die Gäste im Hotel. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war eine Katastrophe.

Pettyneet asiakkaat

All inclusive ei sisällä alkoholijuomia, sillä hotelli on alkoholiton. Ruoka tarjoillaan yhdessä tilassa. Tämän lisäksi ei ole mitään muuta ravintolaa / baaria. Tämä selvisi meille vasta hotellilla. Altaat olivat riittävän isot, mutta portaat altaaseen olivat huonosti kiinnitetyt. Aurinkotuoleista lähes kaikki olivat rikki. Piha-alue oli epäsiisti. Hotelliin tullessa henkilökunta ei informoinut meitä oikeastaan lainkaan hotellin käytännöistä. Aulan wc-tiloihin ei tullut valoja eikä wc-istuimen huuhtelu toiminut. Ravintolan pöydät olivat heikkokuntoisen näköiset, mutta pysyivät pystyssä. Aterioiden valikoima oli todella pieni. Esim. hedelmiä ei ollut kuin parina päivänä viikossa yhdellä aterialla. Pöydät siivottiin kiitettävästi ruokailun jäljiltä. Huoneeseen oli vain yksi avain. Jääkaappi heikkotehoinen ja avattaessa ovi jäi käteen. Sänky oli kova joustinsänky ilman petaria. Peitto oli ohut ja kova. WC-tiloissa oli kylmänvärinen valo, joten oli pimeää. Ei sovellu esim. meikkaamiseen. Suihkun pidin oli vain yhdellä ruuvilla kiinni sekä suihkusta tuli usein kylmää vettä. WC-tilojen saumat olivat mustia pilkkuja täynnä ja nurkissa oli pieniä matoja. Sijainti on hyvä sekä parvekkeelta oli kiva osittainen merinäköala. Yöt yllättävän rauhallisia sijaintiin nähden. Kuvat ja esitetyt palvelut eivät vastaa enää todellisuutta. Huoneissa ei ollut ilmaista wifiä, vaan sen olisi saanut erillistä korvausta vastaan. Vastaanoton läheisyydessä wifi toimi, mutta hitaasti.

Kupit ja lasit aina loppu aamupalalla, erittäin töykeää käytöstä henkilökunnalta, tosi likainen, siivottiin vain kun tarkastaja tuli paikalle. Juomat aina lopussa, niin mehut kuin oluet. Varaus ei pitänyt paikkaansa, ylibuukattu ja ihmisiä siirreltiin eri hotelleihin. Myös paikalliset moittivat hotellia. Sijainti on loistava kun vaan saisi palvelun toimimaan.
