When we checked in, we was given no information. The receptionist told us to “go look” at the information board with no explanation. There was bugs in our all inclusive food, it really disgust me and my friend. The staffs were rude, the bar staff was very rude. He would tell me to wait 5-10 minutes so he can go on a cigarette break. It is very understaffed so they all look like they don’t have skills in customer service at all. The bed position was very questionable for two single beds, I had to break my neck when I want to talk to my friend. The cleaner was very rude, it would have been helpful if they knew little bit of English. It was very hard to communicate with them when I confronted them about my missing towel after they cleaned my room. The selective drinks are red wine, white wine and vodka. Surely if it was an all inclusive hotel there wouldn’t be selective drinks. Having to use the lift is very frustrating, there is only 2 lifts that can only fit 2 people in per time. There would always be an issue with the lift, one wouldn’t work mostly every day. Overall my review on this hotel is that I suggest you don’t book it with this hotel, the service and accommodation is terrible and disgusting

Hotellin hintalaatu suhde oli kohdallaan. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huomio hienosti meidän 9 vuotiaan tyttären. Huone tilava meille kolmelle ja sängyt tosi hyvät. Vuodevaatteet ei ehkä uusittu viime vuosina mutta olivat kuitenkin puhtaat ja koska arvostan kestävää kulutusta ei tämä haitannut yhtään. Ruoka oli jokapäivä riittävästi ja paljon erilaatuja. Ruoka mielestämme hyvää keskitasoa niinkuin yleensäkin all inclusive hotelleissa on, erittäin hyvät salaatit ja laaja jälkiruokapöytä. Sijainti aivan loistava, helppo kulkea minne vain hotellilta.

Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen und schnell konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen. Personal war sehr nett in allen Bereichen, freundlich, behilflich, Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Ich werde beim nächsten Alanya Urlaub ganz sicher wieder das Hotel buchen. Ein großes Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels von Mualla Pöge und Alper Akkayan.

Diese Unterkunft beträgt null an Sauberkeit. Es wird in Zimmer nur der Boden gewischt sonst nichts. Minibar war mit Rost und Schimmel. Wasser Hahn rostig Schimmel, duschschlauch geht in drei Richtungen das ganze Bad bleibt unter Wasser. Das Essen richtig assozial ungenießbar jeden zweiten Tag das gleiche Essen und aus Den Resten werden Salate kalte Küche gemacht. Die essen Teller werden auf Kuchen Teller runter reduziert damit man wenig essen tuht Restaurant ist im obersten Stock eine brutale Hitze entsteht dort und es laufen nur drei Klima die defenetiv zu wenig sind für über 100 Zimmer zu wenig für ein all inklusiv Hotel traurig. Kaffe Tee und Getränke sind reduziert auf bestimmte Uhrzeiten. Das Personal sehr ungeschult unfreundlich und respektlos gegen die Kunden bis auf drei Mitarbeiter. Dieses Hotel ist eine Boden lose Frechheit und eine Beleidigung für den den Tourismus der Türkei weil die Türkei ist die Nummer 1 eins Dieses Hotel sollte sofort geschlossen worden. Jeder Gast der dort hin geht muss damit rechnen das er sich dort eine Krankheit einfangen kann. Bilder und Videos habe ich auch gemacht als Beweis Material

Hotel was in perfect location, near beach and mainroad! Still peacefull street, only mosque was right next to hotel making sound 5 times/day really loudly. Staff was so kind, helpfull :) Rooms were okay, balcony quite small but considering the price defenetly worth it! Foods were delish, lunch maybe not so great but food is food, and again the price!! Beachbar doesnt exist, and you dont get sunbeds cheaper on beach n:o 3, but at least beach is close! All inc. drinks are only available untill 21.30 so thats a loooooong minus, but se setteled. Wouldnt go again but defenetly had a good holiday in the hotel.

God beliggenhed men virkelig low budget service, standard samt den mindste pool med plads til 14 sol senge og solen kan kun ramme pool området i 2 timer om dagen. Maden var ok til prisen men aftensmaden smager bedre udenfor Aslan City Hotel hvor man skal betale for wifi, pengeskab m.m.
