The historical elements of Casa Santa Croca make it a unique gem. Built of granite in the 18th century and lovingly renovated, this holiday home combines modern furnishings with charming details from the past. On 3 floors it has a comfortable living room, a well equipped kitchen with a cooking island, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 very modern bathrooms and can accommodate 5 people. It also has Wi-Fi, a fireplace, television, a cot and a highchair. The highlight of the accommodation is the existence of approximately 400 year old wooden elements and stone walls, which have been retained in some parts of the house to provide a cozy and special atmosphere. The floor is equipped with high-quality parquet flooring to ensure absolute well-being and in the basement you will find an inviting wine cellar where you can enjoy local wine specialties, as well as a fireplace and a barbecue with a dining table. The unique location in the village of Alà dei Sardi in the interior of the island allows you to easily reach shops, restaurants and bars on foot. The Costa Smeralda with its beautiful beaches like the Spiaggia La Cinta, with its turquoise water and white sand, is 40 minutes away by car.
