For the price tag they demand the services can improve I agree to some of the reviews. Rooms are spacious, however, you need to be lucky to get in the same building as the lobby, the other building is at a bit of a distance and there is no lift to take you there, there is a long walk through a corridor that takes you to the next hotel building and its kinda spooky with nobody there most of the time. Breakfast options are not much, they could include some local items that will help In house dining and lunch is not too exciting as well. Staff is very supportive and courteous, they have an excellent customer service team that's very flexible.
I stayed 3 nights for business. In many other Radissons, this hotel might be one of the worst. Reception service isn't professional with less staff members, rooms are too far to reach (long walk thru none air-conditioning corridor between 2 elevators), terrible breakfast (photo to show what they offer in the first morning buffet before anyone touches). Only the good thing may be spacious rooms. Due to the convenience of the hotel location, I'll be staying for coming occasions, but truly they need to improve so many things in order to match what they highly charge.
I stayed her for 2 nights in business trip , and I can say it was wonderful place , nice location in one of most important roads in jeddah , near to airport , spacious rooms , excellent food and good service

One of my horrible hotel experience. I was thinking of a better name for this hotel .... it's like a maze :). Never seen such a poorly designed hotel before. The hotel management didn't considered on the comfort of hotel guests while designing this hotel. My first experience is I was on level 3 and at first I took the lobby loft and went to level 3 but could not find my room. I came down and asked the receptionist about my room and after few Minutes chat I came to realise that I need to take two lift to reach my room. After reaching the desired floor I was confused where is my room cause there were room in every direction but no indication which way is your room number. It's like a Maze to me. But after reaching the room I was happy cause the room is big but then again disappointment room design is not at all guest friendly . The power plugs are not in places where is is co convenient for guests . I started believing that this particular hotel management believes in that philosophy where people think quantity is more important and preferred than quality :). Next day I was out by 7:00 am and could not find any "make up my room" tag in room nor any electronically messaging system. I thought that they will clean my room. I got back to my room after 4 pm and figured out that my room was not cleaned. I called up the room service and requested them to clean it. Then the next morning went to gym and went for swimming and as usual wanted to take shower before going to pool and figured out that the shower room and the gym and pool floor are not same you have to take shower in one floor and with your wet body and clothes need to go to another floor for swimming . After this I stopped counting on the flaws of this hotel but one of my worts hotel experience and worst Raddission I ever stayed in different places .
A wonderful place to stay when you are in Jeddah, Closer to the airport. Has good restaurants. They have vegetarian options. Wonderful hospitality. Watch out in case you are crossing the road in front of the hotel. Nice facilities. Would like to be there again.
First after holding an amount from my visa card and me checking out and paying 1 regal for the realise i did not get back my cash yet . Even after more than 2 days nothing happen ! I called akash from help and he said that the mount is realised at the same time that i checked out and did not offer to help me . I called the hotel to complain and thy did not help me instead the turn the phone off . So yes that's my review . I stayed in 413 "mohamed Zaki "
I have made a walk through video of this hotel to aid you in your hotel choice. My YouTube user name is 007inDubai and the video is entitled Radisson Blu Royal Suite - Jeddah. Service: The hotel sent a car to collect me from the airport, a very nice Cheverolet SUV picked me up, great service, great driving, exactly what I needed after a late night arrival. The reception and bell staff were exemplary, perfect in every way, explaining those simple details in a way that didnt aggregate whilst tired. They were simply great. Room: Well proportioned rooms, comfortable beds, great wifi options (all free). reasonable room service menu (with western food options). Good shower, clean renovated bathrooms. Breakfast: Well stocked and great service with many good options. I ate plenty of fresh fruit, and good coffee to aide that Jet lag. Very good! Downsides: The hotel is of unique style, I think the proportions and the value outweigh the 'design' of the rooms. The hotel is situated right next to a very loud mosque. A perfect wake up call at 05:19am every morning. I can't decide whether this is a positive or a negative. I guess at the weekends this would be frustrating. Again, go check out the video and make your own mind up. The value and size of room makes this a GREAT choice!!
When I arrived to the hotel I didn't find bellman or security on the door, only one receptionist standing and no body else. The rooms are really big (which I love the size) but with very old furniture and very small window which made me feels I'm in jail !! Room was very clean but you have to switch on the lights day and night ! Breakfast needs BIG improvement, i would never recommend the hotel to anyone
i would like to share my amazing stay at Radisson Blu Royal Suite Hotel, Jeddah i arrived the hotel on 19/02/2017 the staff were smiling and smooth check in, 220 well clean and everything in place the suite was huge, i ordered my lunch the was delicious and everything was great.
