Check-in wasn't the friendliest. The lady cheking us in was very straight faced and serious. Our room smelt of smoke. Didn't opt for a smoking room. Best thing about the stay was the 3pm check-out. A late checkout is always good.

Good service, good food.

I messed up our reservation and Aingle (?) and Ahmed fixed it and got me a room. The food there is absolutely amazing. Best breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed.

The hotel is fabulous - staff, service and room. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient and good. The coffee stations weren’t always stocked with cups though. Ate at StrEAT Culture one evening - vegetable tempura was fantastic. Thank you Collins for good conversation! Parking underground was super convenient. Pool area was nice however definitely not enough seats or loungers to accommodate the size of this hotel! Overall, a 5 star experience.
