I booked and confirmed a suite by phone, but when I arrived, they had given it to someone else. They offered me a “dirty” room instead, which was unacceptable. The bathroom had a leak from the bidet, the towels were very old, and when I asked for face towels, they left them on the floor outside the door! There were no large towels for the shower, and the shower was dirty. Totally unprofessional and disappointing — I paid for a suite and got a dirty, poorly maintained room. Not recommended at all.

They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation until the next day. You guys need a way better system than the one you have, people need to be able to book with Expedia and just show up to the hotel. But the manager on duty that night told me “it’s not us, it’s your booking.” Like it was my fault for booking online. That’s a terrible way to talk to your customers.

Frozen room even if you turnoff AC and open window the room keep very cold You can’t sleep Also charge you more than others hotels for service even there are no good servers

誇張なしのこの口コミを読んで泊まろうと思う人がいたら勇者認定

床に食べ物のカスが落ちている。バスタブは汚れていて指でこすると垢が取れる。コップなどの什器も置いていないので自分でどうにかしなければならない。タオルがおいてなかったため、電話でフロントに連絡しようとするが電話が通じない。客室係は電話をしながらタオルを持ってきて無言で渡して去って行く。テーブルランプはおいてあるがコンセントが足りないために使えない。液晶テレビはソニー製だが不思議な色でしか映らない。このテレビを見たら誰もソニーは買わないと思うくらいひどい。机でパソコンを使おうとするとコンセントまでが4メートル以上離れているので延長コードを買ってくる必要がある。サービスの水もない。wi-fiはロビーでしか使えないので要注意。光量が足りず目が痛くなる。スタジアムから歩いて帰れるということだけがメリット。

En suosittele! Epäsiisti huone, tahroja peilissä ja matossa likaa. Kaapit haisevat ja niissä myös roskaa. Vessan pöntöstä puuttuu suoja.. Käytävä oli aika siisti ja siihen panostettu paljon enemmän ku huoneisiin. Huoneissa ei ole Wi-Fi, mutta aulasta saa kyllä🤗
