I believe the property is used for residential low income individuals for a place to stay, which is great but our room smelt terrible. There were no amenities no screens on the windows and homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. The staff was very nice

Absolutely the worst hotel stay I've had in a while (and I've only been here for about two hours). I have someone next door who sounds like he's wrestling ... running ... screaming ... and there is also a large dog doing the same, plus barking very loud. Every once in a while, someone leaves the room, slamming the door so hard that my room vibrates. This has been nonstop since I got here. Have a non-smoking room that smells terrible. And absolutely nothing included except soap -- bring your own shampoo because there is none in the room!!! Having stayed at several great hotels this past week (some cheaper), I can't get over how bad this one is.

The entire place was filthy! The floors in the hotel stairwell was filthy abd had tears that could be a hazard. The floor in the room was slick and filthy. The management was rude and would not give me several more pillows or towels. My credit card was charged more than the amount that my email receipt indicated. When I questioned the difference, I got a run around from the hotel front desk person. They called the owner/management and he said he could come to the hotel in about 1 1/2 hours to credit me the difference. I said I wanted the credit made immediately or I would dispute the entire charge. The woman called the owner back and he talked her into doing the credit. I have a feeling this owner has been doing this same thing to all of the people who stay at this hotel. NOT GOOD!

Pretty difficult to find Streetsboro; map appeared to indicate it was close to US 90 which is not accurate. When we entered the room, I immediately smelled what seemed to be cat urine; apologetic front clerk brought Febreze pet odor spray (not total solution but better). No shampoo or other room amenities (just hand soap). Parking easy.

Motel 6 is a great option for less money. For only 66 bucks per night, the place offers friendly and helpful staff, quiet and clean rooms with air conditioner, microwaive and a fridge. The front desk called my room after I checked in, to make sure everything was okay.
